A: Sure. All new and old friends are welcomed to visit us at our factory. Besides, we can pick up you at the station or airport if needed. We will be very honored to help with tickets and accommodation booking. 

Q: Do you have a stock? 
A: Sorry, most of our products don’t have stock, we always produce according to order. 

Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer and trader. We can produce most petroleum equipment spare parts, valves and pipe fittings. We also have cooperative suppliers to meet all your requirement.

Q: Can I have a sample for testing?
A: Yes, of course. Pay at first, and deduct this cost from future mass order.

Q: Do you accept small orders?
A: Yes, no business too small. If you are a small retailer or starting up business, we are definitely willing to grow up with you. And we are looking forward to cooperating with you for a long term relationship.

Q: Do you have inspection procedure for the products?
A: 100% self-inspection before packing.

Q: What kind of logistic service do you supply?
A: 1. Transportation: international through transport, including (international railway through transportation, Sea-rail intermodal through transportation, sea-land multimodal transportation. Means of transport : Container, LCL, FRC, ro-ro, bulk cargo, train carriage, truck, air plane. 
2. Term: FOB,CIF, DAP, to door service, etc.

Q: Can you provide customized products? 
A: Yes, we can design and manufacture according to your specific requirements.

Q: What is the payment term?
A: Normally we prefer 50% advance payment after purchase order by T/T, 50% remaining payment before shipping by T/T. And 100% advance payment after purchase order by T/T for small orders.
