Model YFY Packer

Model YFY packer combines a model K344 packer, a fracturing port, a sliding sleeve and a check valve to provide reliable zonal isolation in high rate injections and fracturing operations. The hydraulic-actuated expansion packer automatically retracts when pumping stops, which provides convenience in multiple zone injection operations, and very low risk of getting stuck. The packer could be activated by a ball dropping to open the sliding sleeve, which falls into a lower groove with the ball and act as a check valve, the fracturing port is lined with high-strength alloy to enhance the anti-abrasion capacities, a certain pump rate is needed to activate the packer.
